We're so happy and excited to announce the launch of our new online store for our customers! 

Xtreme Swim's website has been relaunched on a new sales platform to bring important updates to our store. This change affects existing Xtreme Swim customer accounts. Customers can now expect:

- Accurate inventory availability (but sadly, fewer phone calls from our online team!)
- A better browsing and search experience 
- Faster checkout
- More detailed order tracking
- New size charts and interactive size estimators on every item
- Store-wide team discounts and more frequent sales
- A new 5% cashback program. Every order you place will earn 5% back in online store credit. Learn more here.

As part of this transition, customer accounts will need to be recreated.

If you had a previous login you'll need to register again to use Team Stores and the new Xtreme Swim Rewards Program.

While you will not be able to see purchases prior to 2023 in your new customer account, we have retained prior order information for our records. If you need assistance with a prior purchase feel free to reach out and we're happy to help. 

How to Re-Register Team Stores

We've recreated all our team stores to provide a better shopping experience, site-wide discounts for sponsored brands, and clearer customization options. If you had access to a team store on the previous website, you will need to register your team code again.

Once you've created a customer account, you can access your team store at any time from your Account Page or the "Access Your Team Store" menu link. All the instructions you need are on the team store page.

You can use the same team code you registered with originally to access your store - your coach will have it for you if you forget.
