Free Shipping Policy!
We offer free ground shipping on US domestic orders over $90! This promotion is applied automatically at discount. This offer only applies in the continental US, and some items (the big, heavy stuff like gallons of shampoo, lane lines, backboards) aren’t eligible. Items that are not eligible for free ground shipping will be marked as such clearly in the product description. However, sometimes older items are not marked. If you are trying to check out with the free shipping promotion but are still seeing a charge, it means an item in your cart does not qualify for free shipping. If you feel this is an error, please contact us and we will resolve it with you. Bulk, wholesale, and team orders that require multiple or oversized boxes to fulfill are also excluded.
The Rest of the Shipping Policy
- Orders typically take two business days to leave the store. In periods of very high demand - the beginning of the swim seasons in May and August in particular when we're hit with lots of team orders - processing times may take longer.
- Items ordered with embroidered or otherwise custom products will be held to ship out together. For embroidery this may take 1-2 weeks depending on backlog. Custom caps takes 3-6 weeks from the closure of group orders.
- The estimated time frame for each shipping option is posted right next to the shipping option when you check out. It’s an estimate, not a guarantee – once it’s in the mail carrier’s hands, we don’t have control. We’ll give you the order details to track in your email, but sometimes delays happen on the carrier side.
- With returns, if we make a mistake, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. If you no longer want what you ordered, or you want to exchange it for a different size or color, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Some items, like backboards and lane line sets, you’ll need to call to get a shipping estimate as we negotiate these with the carrier directly. It’s heavy stuff!
International Shipping
We offer DHL Express for international shipping to the EU. These shipping rates are calculated at checkout but do not include calculations for taxes, duties, or other import fees. We do not collect taxes, duties or other import fees during checkout, and the customer will be responsible for paying them. International customers have the same protections on their orders as US domestic customers as outlined above and in our return policy.
