Came here just to check this place out and found that the employees are INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. This isn’t any typical swim store. These people know their stuff! We leave and come back after my boyfriend got hired as a swim coach and needed some gear. We walk in and they remembered us! Just from 1 visit! We were happily surprised. Heather helped us with everything and even answered all the questions we had. Highly recommend this swim shop!

Not only are they helpful when you shop in store, but they're helpful through their contact info on the website as well. We don't live super close to their storefront, so we order online when we can. There have been several occasions when I needed some additional information about a product, whether it be sizing, fit, or if a product was out of stock. I email and they get back so quickly and are incredibly helpful. For example, our daughter's size is out of stock for now in the style she's used to for her competition suit, but they let me know the similarities and differences between that one and our other option. They're great!

We walked in, the staff member took one look at my son and pulled out the perfect size of everything for him to try on. It worked, we left, we swam a season in it. Everything has held up well, and it was a super efficient shopping experience for a busy mom of 3. Nothing extraordinary here to say - just appreciation for a solid local business!

**Update: I am changing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars because I was looking for a Parka for my son who is size YL but I couldn’t find his size online. So I decided to give them a call and find out if they had something for my son’s size. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and helpful so I decided to go to the store to get the parka for my son. The lady at the store showed me the different sizes and options they had and gave me great recommendations. She was really pleasant and knowledgeable. I am glad I gave them another chance and that they improved the customer service 100%. I will be back in the future, they have a good selection of items.

Can say nothing but good things about XTREME swim in Plano! I am a complete newbie when it comes to swimming and quickly trying to figure out what’s needed for training for a triathlon 😳 I have been to xtreme swim a few times now and they are always extremely helpful with telling me what I should get and have always been able to answer any questions I have. A great little local store with a lot of selection!

My daughter and I went to Xtreme Swim in Plano today to get her a suit for swim classes. She has grown so much in the past year and can’t wear anything in the kid’s section at local box stores; but, still not quite mature enough for the teen/adult suits they sell. It’s an awkward position sometimes because she is still very young but nature has catapulted her into womanhood. So, I figured the best place to get her a well-fitting suit that is stylish and still age-appropriate was a real swimmer’s shop. Holly took one look at her, asked some pertinent questions, chose a suit off the rack and my daughter tried it on. Instant success! Perfect fit and my child is SO happy! I love it when I see my daughter shine and she did today. She didn’t feel out of place or different. She was just a person who needed a good swimsuit. We also picked up a suit for the youngest of the house and, based on just his physical description, it fit perfectly when he tried it on at home. Holly has a magic eye, for sure. Picked up some goggles for both, too. We left the store and my daughter said she can’t wait to swim in the new suit. We will definitely be coming back! Huge selection of suits for all sizes and lots of other swimming equipment. So friendly and the best part is we had FUN swimsuit shopping!
